THE US HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES INDICTS THE EU – 160 pages

Eight rigged elections.
Systematic censorship.
Court-admissible evidence.

Europe’s largest political scandal in decades – and the mainstream stays silent.

On February 3, 2026, the US House of Representatives published a 160-page report:

“The Foreign Censorship Threat, Part II: Europe’s Decade-Long Campaign to Censor the Global Internet”

The report is a direct indictment of the EU Commission. Eight manipulated European elections. Systematic COVID censorship. Censorship of American citizens. A €3-5 billion NGO censorship network. The end of online anonymity starting 2027.

The evidence is court-admissible: Congressional subpoenas to Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, Rumble, Reddit, OpenAI. Tens of thousands of internal documents with timestamps. Sworn testimony from tech managers.

The US is implementing its new National Security Strategy – and explicitly labels the EU as a “regime” and ideological enemy.

What the report documents isn’t just a scandal. It’s a systematic attack on democratic principles. Election manipulation. Censorship. Abuse of power. Violation of law.

And nobody’s talking about it.

WHAT’S DOCUMENTED

1. EIGHT RIGGED EUROPEAN ELECTIONS (2023-2024)

Romania, Slovakia, Netherlands, France, Germany, Poland, Spain, Belgium, Ireland.

The report proves: The EU Commission actively interfered in eight European elections – through censorship, through pressure on social media platforms, through targeted manipulation of the information landscape.

Romania 2024: The Documented Case

Romania’s 2024 presidential election was annulled – based on proven lies.

The EU Commission claimed: 25,000 Russian TikTok accounts manipulated the election.

TikTok found: Zero evidence for this claim. No 25,000 Russian accounts. Nothing.

The alleged “Russian campaign” was financed by Romania’s establishment party PNL – not by Russia.

The election was annulled anyway. Under false pretenses.

This is election fraud. In all eight cases.

All eight elections should be repeated. Under supervision. With consequences for those responsible.

2. SYSTEMATIC COVID CENSORSHIP

The report documents:

• Vaccine censorship before vaccines existed: True information about COVID was deleted long before vaccines were available.
• Scientist censorship: Academic studies, scientific debates – censored because they didn’t align with the official narrative.
• Censorship of American citizens: The EU Commission actively had content from American citizens deleted.
• Deletion of an American documentary: A film was removed under EU pressure – censorship across borders.

This isn’t “misinformation” combat. This is state-organized information control.

3. THE €3-5 BILLION NGO CENSORSHIP NETWORK

330+ organizations. State-funded. €3-5 billion annually.

A network of NGOs, think tanks, “fact-checkers,” and “civil society initiatives” – all with one goal: control over the information landscape.

The report proves: These organizations work in coordination with the EU Commission. They define what “misinformation” is. They report content for deletion. They pressure social media platforms.

And they’re funded with tax money.

This isn’t civil society engagement. This is state-funded censorship infrastructure.

4. DEMOCRACY SHIELD – THE END OF ONLINE ANONYMITY

€3.6 billion budget (2026-2028).

Mandatory User Verification starting 2027: Every social media user must verify themselves. Real-name requirement. End of anonymity.

The report shows: Democracy Shield isn’t “protecting democracy.” It’s total surveillance.

Who writes gets identified. Who criticizes gets recorded. Who dissents becomes visible.

This is the surveillance state, digitally implemented.

5. OVER 100 SECRET MEETINGS BETWEEN EU AND TECH PLATFORMS

The report documents: Over 100 meetings between the EU Commission and social media platforms – behind closed doors.

What was discussed: Censorship categories. Algorithm adjustments. “Voluntary” codes of conduct that are de facto mandatory.

Platforms were pressured. Those who don’t cooperate face penalties. X (Twitter) was hit with a €120 million fine – because Elon Musk wouldn’t cooperate.

This is organized power exercise. Behind closed doors. Without parliamentary oversight.

THE EVIDENCE: COURT-ADMISSIBLE

Congressional subpoenas to Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, Rumble, Reddit, OpenAI.

Tens of thousands of internal documents. With timestamps. With names. With specific instructions.

Sworn testimony from tech managers.

These aren’t allegations. These are facts. Court-admissible.

CONSEQUENCES: WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN NOW

If the EU wants to preserve even a shred of credibility – if it ever wants to be taken seriously diplomatically outside Europe again – there’s only one option:

Immediate removal of the entire EU Commission. Including Ursula von der Leyen.

Criminal investigations for election fraud, abuse of office, perversion of justice.

Repetition of all eight manipulated elections under international supervision.

Dissolution of the NGO censorship network. Repayment of state funding.

Halt of Democracy Shield.

This is the minimum.

Will it happen? No.

The EU will continue. The mainstream will stay silent. Most alternative media stays silent too.

There will be no consequences. None at all.

But you should know. Everyone should know.
